Terms of Service

Postvoy is an AI-powered marketing manager for X (formerly Twitter). It helps you plan and operate your X presence by drafting posts, replies, and direct messages, monitoring relevant conversations, and tracking performance — all guided by a strategy you configure.

The Service is provided on an evolving basis. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@postvoy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

To use the Service's full capabilities, you must connect a valid X account via OAuth. By connecting your account, you authorize Postvoy to perform the actions you configure (posting, replying, sending DMs, reading public posts you specify) on your behalf, within the scopes you grant.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with X's Developer Agreement, Developer Policy, and all other applicable X policies. You may revoke Postvoy's access to your X account at any time through your X settings or by disconnecting it from within the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post, reply, or send messages that are unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that infringe the rights of others
• Send spam, run engagement-farming schemes, or otherwise abuse the X platform
• Misrepresent yourself, impersonate any person or entity, or operate accounts you are not authorized to operate
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or training data from the Service
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service or any third-party system
• Use the Service to compete with Postvoy or build a substantially similar product

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations of this section, including suspending or terminating accounts.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to draft and, where you configure, automatically send content on your behalf. AI systems can produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or unintended outputs. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for content posted from your X account, including content drafted or sent by Postvoy on your behalf
• You should review configuration settings (autonomy level, banned phrases, safety rules) carefully and adjust them as needed
• In Manual mode, every action requires your explicit approval. In Smart Auto and High Autonomy modes, the Service may act without per-action approval, within the rules you set
• You can pause or disable the AI at any time from your workspace settings

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as you select). Each plan includes a monthly allotment of credits that are consumed when the AI performs actions (posts, replies, DMs, monitoring queries, strategy generation, etc.).

Unused credits do not roll over to the following billing period unless we explicitly state otherwise. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

Founding-member discounts and waitlist offers are subject to the terms communicated at the time the offer is made.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Postvoy and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you post and the configuration you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content solely as necessary to operate the Service.

The Service depends on third-party platforms — most notably X — and on third-party providers for infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics. Outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by those third parties may affect the Service. We are not responsible for the actions or inactions of third parties.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the AI will always produce accurate, appropriate, or desired output, or that the Service will achieve any specific marketing or growth result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postvoy and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if your use poses a risk to the Service or other users, or if we cease offering the Service. We will give reasonable notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Postvoy is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that location, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
